■ Axial check valve:

        This kind of large-diameter check valve will be used in the suction pipeline of large compressor in ethylene plant, which requires small pressure drop and no impact. At present, it is not produced in China, mainly because the corresponding design calculation ability and test ability are not good, and it is impossible to ensure that the high-pressure valve can really achieve no impact.

■ Cracking gas and coke cleaning valve:

        Large-diameter full-bore parallel double gate valve for ethylene cracking furnace is equipped with anti-coking steam purging function to prevent coking inside the valve cavity and affect the sealing performance and normal opening of the high-pressure valve. At present, most of the valves are imported from Germany, and a set of high-pressure valves costs 600,000 euros. Although there are Soviet valves and the Ministry of Space, the performance and reliability need to be strengthened. Mainly, this valve has a key position, harsh working conditions, easy coking of the medium and large caliber, so users mostly import it from abroad for the safety of the device;

■ Special parallel double gate valve:

        In the ethylene plant, the design temperature and pressure change alternately in a certain period under regeneration and drying conditions, that is, the pressure is low at high temperature and high at low temperature, and the operation is frequently switched between different working conditions, which puts high demands on the sealing performance and operating performance of high-pressure valves, and the common valves are often leaked;

■ Ultra-large diameter and high performance butterfly valve:

Large-scale high-performance butterfly valves with a maximum diameter of 78 inches are used in the inlet and outlet pipelines of large compressors in ethylene plants, and the high-pressure valves are required to be tightly closed, which puts forward higher requirements for the design and processing of high-pressure valves;

■  Ultra-high temperature ball valve:

The instrument once shut-off valve is used on the cross pipe of ethylene cracking furnace, and the full-diameter metal hard-sealed high-temperature ball valve is selected, with the highest design temperature of 800C and the design pressure of 0. 8Mpa. At present, this valve can only be imported from abroad.

■ Drain valve:

This kind of blowdown valve used in the high-pressure drum system of ethylene cracking furnace is divided into two working conditions: continuous blowdown and intermittent blowdown, which have high pressure, high pressure drop and very serious erosion. The internal structure of the blowdown valve selected according to the two working conditions is also different, and there are few foreign manufacturers of this valve at present.
