(1) Pressure regulating range and pressure stability test.

Adjust the adjusting handwheel of the high-pressure valve, from full opening to full closing, and then to full opening. From the pressure gauge, we can see the pressure rise and fall and the pressure regulating range. The pressure gauge pointer should rise and fall steadily, and the pressure regulating range should meet the specified pressure regulating range. At the highest pressure, the pressure pulsation value should not exceed the specified value.

(2) Test of internal leakage.

Adjust the handwheel of the high-temperature and high-pressure valve to the fully closed position. The high-temperature and high-pressure valve is the highest pressure of the high-pressure valve, and then adjust the adjusting handwheel of the test valve to make the overflow port of the high-pressure valve measure the internal leakage.

(3) Unloading pressure test.

Connect the remote control port of the high-temperature valve to the oil tank, make the high-pressure valve pass the inspection flow, and measure the oil inlet and outlet pressure of the high-temperature valve, and the difference is the unloading pressure of the high-pressure valve.

(4) Pressure loss test.

Adjust the adjusting handwheel of the high-pressure valve until it is completely loosened, and make the high-pressure valve pass the inspection flow. The pressure of the inlet and outlet of the high-temperature valve is measured by the pressure gauge, and the difference is the pressure loss of the high-pressure valve.

(5) Test of opening and closing characteristics.

Close the overflow safety valve and adjust the high-pressure valve to the highest pressure. The high-temperature and high-pressure valve gradually depresses the system, and measure the overflow of the high-pressure valve when it drops to the closing pressure of the high-pressure valve. High-temperature and high-pressure valve, starting from the non-overflow of the high-pressure valve, makes the system step up gradually, and measures the overflow of the valve when it reaches the opening pressure of the high-pressure valve.
